On August 2, 2019, the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced the first round of exclusions on China goods from Section 301 List 3. Additionally, USTR will continue accepting exclusion requests for List 3 through September 30, 2019.
The list of products excluded from Section 301 List 3 can be found here.
Exclusions granted for the products listed will be retroactive to September 24, 2018 and will remain in place for one year after publication in the Federal Register.
Importers should review the list of affected goods (here) and apply for refunds of any tariffs paid on such goods since September 24, 2018.
