CUSTOMS POWER OF ATTORNEY (POA) + SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

 

A Customs Power of Attorney is a legal document granting permissions for Inter-Orient Services to act in all matters related to the import of goods and U.S. Customs. In addition to a Customs POA, we also need supporting documents to begin working with you. The "Supporting Documents" file provides samples of the required supporting documents.

BOND APPLICATION
CBP FORM 400

 

This form the ACH DEBIT APPLICATION for U.S. Customs. Per U.S. Customs, ACH payments are the recommended method of payment for import duties.

ISF 10+2 FILING

 

This ISF filing is required for all Ocean Shipments and must be filed with U.S. Customs at least 24 hours prior to the cargo being loaded on board the vessel.
