Since the United States Trade Representative’s (USTR) initial announcement of a proposed new list of goods to impose additional Section 301 tariffs on, many changes have occurred. Below is a brief summary of all the important information you need to know.
Some products on USTR’s initial proposed List 4 were removed and two separate product lists were finalized: USTR List 4A and USTR List 4B.
Section 301 List 4A - Effective September 1, 2019
Section 301 List 4B - Effective December 15, 2019
